Burlodge offers a complete range of Blast Chillers from
counter top models to double rack roll in models, to suit the
needs of customers who need from 35 lbs to 660 lbs chilling capacities.
Cooked products are blast chilled to a core temperature of 4°C
in less than 90 minutes, an important critical control point in
any HACCP program. The chilled food is then stored automatically
at 34ºC/38ºF.
