• The Breakfast Trolley with 6 wheel configuration allows the cart to move easily over most surfaces.

• From the table top of the Breakfast Trolley an open slot allows you to dispose of garbage very quickly
• The side access panels allow you to store garbage bags at the bottom and hold a garbage bag open at the top. The sleek design hides the refuse while changing bags is facilitated by using the hinged access panel
• The Breakfast Trolley has an opening for 4 cutlery inserts to allow the operator to customize the cutlery required for service
• The 4 inserts do not interfere with the drawer of the Breakfast Trolley
• Each of the drawers easily slide open allowing the operator to have full access to each drawer.
• Each fully extended drawer will accept ¼, 1/3, ½ and a full size GN1/1 pan, allowing the operator to customize each drawer as needed.
• Stainless steel, plastic and Cold Master® pans will fit each drawer
• Cold Master® pans are similar to eutectic plates keeping food items cold.
• Each drawer has a rubber gasket keeping cold foods in a sealed environment
• The gantry, which is very accessible to the operator, has a rotating lid to cover food items
• The gantry will hold up to 6, 1/3 GN pans up to 6 inches deep or a combination of other sizes.
• The clear plexi glass cover allows the operator or clients to see the food items offered.
