Granuldisk Pot Washers
The Granuldisk Potwashing System by Burlodge supports efficient washing of all types of GN (gastronorm) containers, pots, trays and utensils. The powerful mechanical action of the granule blasting eliminates totally the need for soaking, scrubbing and pre-cleaning of even very deeply burnt in pans and utensil. The hygiene is secured through controlled rinsing with a controlled amount of high temperature water. Front loading and unloading through a sealed double door. Washing capacity is optimized with minimal space demand.
The GD 600 is a versatile granule potwashing machine that is sufficiently robust to cope with the tough environment in the potwashing area. The GD 600 is suitable for kitchens with lower capacity primarily restaurants, nursing homes and schools. A floor space of 3-4 m² is all that is required for the potwashing to run smoothly. As standard the GD 600 is equipped with two sliding inserts that make it easy to stack pots and simple to use.
The GD 900 is a high capacity pot washing machine with integrated multicassette for GN containers and other utensils. The multicassette is possible to slide out half way of the machine to facilitate loading and unloading. The Free Flow System of the GD 900 uses two loose multicassettes for GN containers and other utensils. Two sets of wall hooks are supplied for mounting cassettes on the clean and dirty side. One trolley is used for exchange of the cassette to facilitate efficient flow and semi continuous operation of the machine.
