The trays are separated with a minimal amount of space to allow food products and dishware to easily slide into place on the rack. However, from time-to-time products need to be rested on their side or certain dishware can’t be used due to limited space.
We’ve heard the concerns of a number of clients who continue to plate food hot using a hot beltline, especially those who want an insulated hot beverage cup on the tray that’s not too tall for the tray rack. The answer is here: Burlodge’s Insulated Cup. This is a 2 ¾ inch tall doublewall insulated beverage cup. It’s available in standard burgundy, Silhouette black, or navy blue but can be made in any color you wish given a minimum quantity is ordered.
We also have disposable low heat lids that fit the cup.
