The Burlodge Refrigerated Food Preparation Table (Model # BTSSU-60-24M-B-ST) has a capacity of 15.5 cu. ft. The equipment is the result of study, field observation, laboratory testing, and over fifty years of experience from the manufacturer.
Stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lids and hoods maintain colder pan temperatures, lock in freshness and minimize condensation. They are removable for easy cleaning.
The 87/8” (226 mm) full length removable cutting board is included. The sanitary, high density, NSF approved polyethylene provides a tough preparation surface.
