Insulated Trayware and Pellet System
The Burlodge Stay Hot Trayware System is comprised of a Dome Cover, an Underbase for Plates or an Underbase for Pellets. When using the Burlodge Stay Hot Stainless Steel Wax Core Pellets, food temperature retention is dramatically increased.
The Burlodge Stay Hot Dome Cover and Underbases have the following qualities:
- Durable, dishwasher safe, not affected by detergents or rinse agents
- Microwaveable and stain resistant
- Thick walls provide thermal insulating properties and durability
- Easy hold, no-slip knob won’t delay tray lines and are easy for patients to grip
- Low profile fits shelf spacing for popular food carts (overall height of base and cover is 111mm (4.375 inches)
- Lightly textured surface reduces water marks and scratching
- Colors molded in and will not fade
- Inside height will work with all types of menu items (inside height is 70 mm or 2.75 inches)
- Underbases are available for plates only or plate/pellet combinations
- Pellets are made with 20 gauge stainless steel with computer welded seams
- Pellets have a bright finish
- Universal size fits most base heaters and most 9 inch plates
- 1.5 hour holding time at 60 C and above
