Durable, Human Factor Friendly Mobile Tray Assembly Station
To complimet decentralised meal assembly in Lean Meal Service Processing, Room to Room Service, or dining room service, the Burlodge Stainless Steel Support Cart is a functional and durable solution. The cart is made of high grade stainless steel with optional sound proofing panels. Two compartments are fully enclosed and accessed using two full size doors that swing and lock to the sides of the cart. Dish baskets and trays can be stored underneath in the two compartments. Condiments and cutlery can be stored in the overshelf bins for easy access. The overshelf ends at the ¾ width of the service top allowing for placement of beverage or soup well containers to the back of the service area. Protected by a wrap around guard rail to the back and sides of the service top, items can be placed and stored safely without slipping off the service top. The service top itself is large enough to fit a plethora of service wares. The cart is equipped with 2 swivel (lockable) casters and two fixed casters for manoeuvrability.
